Hello everyone... sooooo since I havent really gotten a chance to tell you about what i have bought because of my little man being born I have finally gotten a chance to sneak in some time to do that!  (he is taking a nap) so here it is....

It is a CRICUT!  And not only that I also have a program called Sure Cuts A Lot 2 that I bought to go with it so i don't have to buy those pesky cartridges!  and that makes me super happy!!!  Here is the link for the program!
It rocks pretty hard!  I can do anything with this program... the link here has tons of info on it and even videos I have had this for about 3 weeks now and I just L-O-V-E it!  Here is something I have made with it... There is a glare but I am sure you get it!  I have made a lot of other stuff too but I havent taken pictures... Ok that is a little up date!  I have to get to making those baby announcements !  using this program !!  Yay! Sure Cuts A Lot 2! YOU ROCK MY WORLD!!!!

Yay Fudge!!!!!!!!

So last night I attempted to make fudge... again... and i came by this recipe accidentally!!   This happened when I decided that I was going to make some no bake cookies... and one of the ingrediants that I like to use is --------------------->

And guess what I found on the back of the container... yes you guessed it... a fudge recipe... and I thought ok this is called "Never Fail" fudge... so... if I fail I will never ever EVER attempt to make fudge again!!!!

 ingredients are highlighted in orange!

Soooooooooo... I got to work... and I started to make the fudge...
This is: 5 cups of sugar, 2 small (5 oz.) cans of evaporated milk, 1/4 cup of butter (umm.. recipe says 1/4 lb... but nope I will not do that so i tweaked it lol), 1 16oz jar are marshmallow fluff, and... 1 Teaspoon on salt

So of course you combine these first 5 ingredients in a large sauce pan... stir over low heat until it is blended... then
bring to a boil over moderate heat, being careful not to mistake escaping air bubbles for boiling... then boil slowly, stirring constantly for 5 minutes... (use the soft ball test)

Remove from heat and stir in 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla and 2 12oz  packages of semi-sweet chocolate pieces ( i used Tollhouse chocolate chips!) until chocolate is melted. (stir this really fast to get it all mixed in before it starts to harden) then pour it into 2 buttered 9 x 9 inch pans and cool!!
                                YAY!! NEVER FAIL FUDGE!
YOU ARE THE BEST AND I LOVE YOU AND I VOW TO USE YOU IN ALWAYS INCLUDING ADDING CHOPPED UP CANDY CANES AND USING WHITE CHOCOLATE AND JUST USING YOU TO YOUR FULL ADVANTAGE AND I WILL ALWAYS USE MARSHMALLOW FLUFF BRAND TO MAKE YOU SINCE THEY MADE MY HOLIDAY SO HAPPY!!

Here is the link to making only half of the amount! This could be easier for you to understand!

YAY!! 5 FOLLOWERS!!!!

So I was met by a pleasant surprise today when I entered my little blog... I have 5 followers!!!!  I am so excited about this!!  So that means I have to step up and get some more blogs going!  I have been wanting to blog about a lot of things; for example.. my awesome new Cricut and my Sure Cuts A Lot 2 program to go with it... and some cookies I have been working on and my sadness about how I can't make fudge because it keeps turning into a runny mess!!  That might be my next one because I just can't get the hang of it and it makes me sad because as a child I always got home made fudge... and now I want to make it myself instead of having to buy it from someone and it just isnt going well... so if anyone has a good recipe that might be easy or some suggestions on what I could be doing wrong that would be awesome!!

Well I will be sure to get some pictures taken and and to start "blogging it up" hee hee hee!!!!!

Thanks for following hopefully we get alot more!!!
